We purchased our home 16 years ago and choose Cheryl Doolan at that time based on other people we knew having positive experiences. We were very satisfied at the time with the whole buying process that we always said as long as Cheryl was still in the real estate business that we would choose her to sell the house she helped us buy. Now 16 years later we contacted Cheryl to come and take a look at our house well before we were ready to put it on the market to ask for her opinions on what we needed to do to put the house up for sale. As first time home buyers we didn’t know the ins and outs on what to look for when viewing homes for sale, but after viewing homes with Cheryl we learned a lot. Cheryl is extremely knowledgeable, patient, personable and very honest. We worked with a few realtors before finding Cheryl who didn’t go out of their way to point out imperfections or give advice and tried talking us into homes we were on the fence about. Cheryl was the opposite and instead of trying to talk us into homes to make a commission, she actually talked us out of a few homes due to issues with the home we didn’t notice that would be costly in the future. She pointed out any imperfection in a home she saw and went above and beyond to get us a good price on the homes we put offers in on. She was very easy to contact and showed us homes sometimes as early as the same day we called to request a viewing if the homeowner would allow it. When it came time to purchase our home, she coordinated with our lender, inspectors and the other realtor to ensure everything was taken care of and contacted whoever necessary to ensure we could close on the home as soon as possible. It didn’t matter what time of day it was, whenever we needed assistance or had questions Cheryl was there to help and was always very patient with us no matter how needy we were. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a realtor you can trust.
